What people ask us most before booking

No. At Hogariza you book with no viewings: we guarantee that the room is exactly the one in the photos. Each listing shows you the photos, the flat, the conditions and the real availability of every room.

Only the first month’s rent and a €150 management fee (VAT included). You aren’t charged straight away: the amount is held on your card and only charged if we accept your request; if not, it’s released. The security deposit, bills and the following monthly payments are paid after you sign the contract.

Create your account (with your email or with Google), complete your profile and upload a copy of your ID document and proof of income, a scholarship or a guarantor’s income. You only do it once and it works for any room.

Between 24 and 48 hours. In the meantime, you can track your request and message us from your account, under ‘My requests’.

Yes, 2 months. Partial months are paid by the day, and you see every amount before you request to book.

While your request is pending, you can cancel it from your account: the hold on your card is released and you pay nothing.
