Purpose of the website

This website presents Hogariza’s services, renting rooms in shared flats in Madrid and managing properties for owners, and lets you search for rooms, create an account, request bookings and get in touch with us. The terms of each rental are those in its contract, which prevails over the information on the website.

Terms of use

By browsing the website you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith: without harming its operation or that of our systems, without impersonating other people and without giving false information in your account or your requests.

Listing information

We do our best to keep the photos, descriptions, prices and availability of each room accurate and up to date. The prices you see are the total per month, including rent and bills. Availability may change while a request is being processed, and a booking is only confirmed once we accept it.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photographs, design, logo, the Hogariza brand and the code of this website belong to Hogariza Gestión S.L. or to those who have licensed their use to it. They may not be reproduced, distributed or altered without our permission, except for personal and private use. The Poppins and Inter typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License, and the maps are drawn with Leaflet (BSD licence) using data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Liability

We work to keep the website available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or technical errors. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to, which are governed by their own terms.
